Preparation:
Step 1 : Boil fresh, preferably soft water. Let the water cool to approximately 80°C: open the kettle and wait about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Place approximately 1 g of matcha (2 bamboo spoons or ½ teaspoon) into a matcha bowl. Pour over approximately 80 ml of water (80°C).
Step 3 : Whisk the tea with a matcha whisk in a zigzag motion for at least 15 seconds until frothy. Avoid touching the bottom of the bowl.
